I went to sign up for something online and it told me that my last name had profanity in it and that I wasn’t allowed to use it. 

…seriously? Do you have any idea how many Japanese surnames end in “shita”? My last name’s not that common, but c’mon, there are plenty of people surnamed Yamashita, Miyashita, etc etc. This is also not the first time something like this has happened to me. 

I wrote a complaint, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to get ignored. Because it’s my fault my surname has the word “shit” in it, amirite?
